Need an event at your event? The Caraway Management Group will coordinate and manage any tours that you would like your guests to enjoy. We'll even organize spousal events for the participants who don't want their spouse twiddling their thumbs in the room, while he/she is working!.

Event Logistics

Most events require some type of audio/visual element. Our group will determine the needs for your event and make sure the necessary equipment is in place and operational. Food and Beverage Monitoring

Working with the banquet manager and from the menus you've created, we will ensure that your food and beverage service is what you envisioned and stays within your budget.


Feedback is always important. The Caraway Management Group will create and administer evaluations on the last day of your event. We will compile results in a final conference report (make hyperlink) that we will provide you after your event.

Travel Arrangements and Accommodations Management

Our in-house travel agency can handle all of your travel needs for your event. We will provide your participants with discounted rates through our travel partner and manage transportation to and from the venue. We will also coordinate all accommodation requests with your hotel.

Continuing Education Credits

If your event offers continuing education credits, we will process all of the paperwork for your participants and forward it to the appropriate organizations. We'll even provide them with a certificate of completion!
